Here's exactly when your order goes out, depending on how it's sent.
When your order ships
Standard & Express
Standard & Express orders placed before 12pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday will normally dispatch the same business day.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST/AEDT, on weekends, and public holidays will dispatch the next business day.
Courier / freight items
Larger or heavier items go out by courier rather than post, so there's no fixed same-business-day cutoff for these. Once freight is booked and confirmed, it's dispatched straight away.

A "business day" runs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Payments need to clear by 12pm on that day for same-business-day postal dispatch to apply — our office hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–3:30pm.
