Although it is light and small enough to fit in any large suitcase only 72cm, it was developed to be rugged and durable!
This portable Mini pole has a strong fixed screwed on bottom cap which is flat and padded inside.
This gives the pole a stable base, prevents the mast from unwanted extraction while hiking, and also protects the pole segments when the pole is collapsed.
Spiderbeam fiberglass poles are extremely strong, with a much greater wall thickness than the typical “fishing rod” types.
