Gain-Master-HW: New SIRIO Gain-Master HW (half-wave) 10M-HAM antenna This is the very latest version called the HW (half-wave) which is the smaller version of the original 5/8 wave antenna. This new model is just 18 feet long and should be better for locations were high winds are an issue.
Gain-Master-HW is a Half Wave high tech fiberglass base station antenna for 10m to 11m amateur band made of telescopic fiberglass tubes. Completely designed by electromagnetic simulation to achieve the maximum gain and optimize the radiation pattern and bandwidth.
Engineered with the most advanced available technologies it is completely manufactured in Italy with high quality materials. The design of the radiant element works like a central feeder dipole so all RF currents on the radiator are in-phase and the ground plane radials are not necessary. The coaxial coil at the bottom works like RF-Choke for the optimum decoupling from mast and feeding line.
