These multi-mode mobiles have features found only on base rigs–41 filter bandwidths with a sharp or soft filter shape and all of the adjustable digital IF filters you need at your fingertips–no optional filters are needed! Plus, they have variable twin pass band tuning, 503 alpha tag memories, a DSP RF speech compressor, VOX, and an adjustable SSB transmit bandwidth! Think of them as small IC-7600s–with extra bands! ICOM IC-7000 transceivers are packed with the latest dual DSP chip technology that delivers superior transceiver performance for all of the major ham bands, from HF to 70cm! These small but mighty transceivers have high-power MOS-FET power amps for stable, high-quality output with low inter-modulation distortion (IMD). They also feature a full 50 watts on HF and 50 MHz, 50 watts on 144 MHz, as well as 35 watts of output on 430/440 MHz. Add to this dedicated functions keys for eight of your most-used radio functions and an amazing high-tech, high-resolution color display with a 2-mode band scope function to catch your eye.
