How to enquire about an item
Some items are out of stock and can only be ordered by enquiring first. Here's how that works.
How enquiring works
Find the item
Browse the shop or a category, or search for what you need.
Click "Enquire about this item"
Use the small mail icon on a product card, or the full button on the product page. Add as many items as you like.
Check your list in the header
The badge on the header's mail icon tracks how many items you've queued -- see below.
Send your enquiry
Open the panel and hit "Send Enquiry", review your list, and submit -- we'll come back with stock, pricing and delivery.
Where to find your list
This mail icon sits at the top of every page. The green badge is how many items are currently in your enquiry list -- click it any time to review them or send your enquiry through.
For out of stock items, use the "Enquire about this item" button to ask about availability and up to date pricing.
