NR-950M: The Diamond NR-950M is a rugged and versatile tri-band mobile antenna for VHF (2m) and UHF (70cm + 900MHz) with open and closed coils in the radiator. The NR-950M can be used for receiving purposes in the 150 MHz, 300 MHz, 450 MHz and 800 MHz ranges in addition to the frequency range mentioned. For transmitting operation, there are different values for the maximum permissible transmitting powers, based on the bands: maximum 200 watts in the 2m band, maximum 120 watts in the 70cm band and maximum 50 watts at 900 Mhz. The NR-950M has a PL plug as connector, which is integrated in the base. The antenna gain values are quite good for an antenna with a length of just under one meter. Due to the “Radial-Less” design, operation is possible without additional counterweight.
