CHL-2510: The Comet CHL-2510 is for its length of only around 100cm a very good 2m/70cm dual band mobile antenna with articulated joint and stainless steel radiator. Highly resilient up to 250 watts transmission power!
In addition to the two amateur radio bands 2m and 70cm, the antenna has additional reception areas.
100 – 170 MHz – With some limitations – 50-200 MHz / 350 – 470 MHz – (typical 300 – 500 MHz)
This makes the Comet CHL-2510 antenna interesting not only for scanner users, but also for use with the ICOM IC-706MK2, IC-7000 or FT-857D if only the 6m band is needed in the RX.
